And coming to your coaching approach, do you want to talk a bit more about that to the audience so that they can actually see what happens?

Norrine RussellGUEST
So in our coaching approach, we have first and foremost taken a team approach that, you know, in the intake process, We ask the parents to upload report cards, psychoeducational evaluations, any background information that is relevant for that child, because we need to know what has school been like? What is their physical health? What is their mental health? We're not treating their physical or mental health, but it's part of who that student is as a person.

Norrine RussellGUEST
We also talk in that intake about what are the child's strengths? What are they good at both at school and in life, you know, and not just, oh, they're good at English and math, but they're good at advocating for themselves.

Norrine RussellGUEST
You know, they are curious about science, right? Coaching is strength space.
