... you know, locale since the founding of Concord Projects, always known as Henderson Highway, and we were running out of space.

We were starting to double up on offices.

We were giving up meeting rooms for office space, and the writing was on the wall, uh, with our growth trajectory that we needed more space.

So the hunt was on.

I guess now this is, like, four or five years ago.

And I started thinking about, you know, like, "Let's forget about all the rules and where we, we've been all this time, and let's not think about where everyone lives.

So where is the innovation actually happening in the construction industry right now, and, and where is it still kind of stuck in the 1980s, so to speak?
