But no, I think look at the work here that Eurofound does is really, really important.

So I'm delighted to be here and maybe tell a little bit of my own background, my own journey, my own story and bring a perspective of somebody very involved in Irish European affairs and how that plays out.

And I think for me, starting out in my European journey, I suppose I began studying languages and European studies as an undergraduate in University College Cork.

And then I was very fortunate, as many of us have been, to have had the opportunity to do an Erasmus here.

What do values mean in this context? I mean, what does that mean to your general, you know, EU citizen? When we talk about values, if you went into the schools or down the street, how many people could actually tell you what the European values are?
