What are some of the things that are coming up with AI? We hear in the media a lot about teachers trying to figure out should they use AI in the classroom? How should they use AI in the classroom? What is the kind of responsibility? What's happening at the UW and how are professors thinking about that? How is it showing up?

Yeah, I mean, it's all over the map.

I mean, the first thing that comes to mind is there's new things that people have to learn.

AI literacy in your discipline is going to be critical.

And faculty are really stepping up into that.

So there are a lot of new courses being offered that are like AI in this field, in this profession, in this world.

But I think in terms of how people teach and their pedagogy, I think the top level thing that I have taken away in talking with experts about this is it should always start from what do you want your students to learn? What's the learning objective? Don't just bring in cool toys because they're cool toys.
