Yeah, so it's a seven factor methodology, and each of them are weighted a bit differently based on their importance.

And I've sort of played around with this prior to launch to see what was most important to people, what was most important to me.

But the largest factor is redemption.

If you're able to actually request a redemption and they don't put you through hoops, you get your redemption in a timely manner and you get that with support through the whole way.

So, you know, you're not just guessing when that's going to happen.

It's and they're sticking to what they say.

And the most bad is very bad.
