So we know that people with Parkinson's disease and those in the prodromal stages of Parkinson's experience cognitive concerns, and they also often experience subjective cognitive decline or subjective cognitive concerns, where they report a lot of cognitive difficulties.

They feel like they're performing poorly on their cognitive abilities, but there is a discrepancy between these self-reports and how they actually perform on objective measures of cognition.
