And then what was your next steps after that?
4:12
So I assisted in a salon all through beauty school as well.
4:16
My title was Shampoo Chick and it was a six chair salon.

that's such a good question
24:59
Um, where's the line between showing compassion but still holding people accountable for their, you know, actions? And, and secondly, should you deal with it in the moment or should you, you know, like, "This person's a bit, like, in a bad way today or this week, I'm gonna talk to them next week." Should you put it off or should you deal with it in the moment? 'Cause in the moment it might just go worse, yeah?

25:46
It just isn't, you know? Now, in terms of should I handle it in the moment, that's such a great question, Anthony, because I have this thing I, I, I share with my clients, pause, process, proceed.
25:58
Pause, process, proceed.
