that when you bring somebody in, you're making sure that's going to be the right fit for them.

Yeah.

So that's why I wrote the book.

I put in, it took me two years to write it.

I would have ideas throughout the day.

I would do voice texts and different things, and I would put them in this folder in my Googles.

and and so as something come up you're just keeping track of it exactly so i have a thought i have you know an idea i would put it in there put it in there i kept putting these ideas in there then i took that and i i broke it up into chapters and then i got introduced to a uh somebody who could help me a publisher who i'm friends with to this day And I told him, I said, yeah, I am, because one of my friends, Mike, introduced me to this Mike.

it's that is that is hard although I know a really good resource um to get some help with the YouTube thing so obviously I work with um Richard and Make Your Day Richer but I felt some of the same things you know I was in my business doing things in HR and I felt great about that but then it was kind of the same do I have enough to sit and and create a podcast and put things out there um so I some of those same feelings resonate I say you just got to go for it
