What inspired you to pivot into physician coaching, and what made you feel that this was the natural next chapter in your career? Yeah, you know,

that's a great question.

I do get asked that.

And honestly, I don't really see this as a pivot.

I see it more as an extension of my career.

As you've mentioned, I've been a practicing gastroenterologist for almost three decades, which is hard for me to believe.

I've served on national leadership roles, including being the director of the ACG Institute for the last six years, through which we launched our Leadership Ethics and Equity Center.

Everybody, you can take skill sets that you already have and transition into new things if something's not working for you.
