I was born in Africa, Uganda, and aged only three years old.

The leader at the time, Idi Amin, decided that all Indians should leave.

So we basically had a few weeks to leave, pack up everything, go.

And we became refugees in the UK.

Could you give us a little insight about your experience with the records and how it's helped both you and others in their practice, in their life?
