Um, what, uh, tell us about Ground Floor Democracy and where did the inspiration for this come from?

Yeah.

So honestly, I was feeling a lot of anxiety post-election and I was sort of looking around at my community and figuring out, um, what would be the best way for me to get involved.

Um, at the time my schedule was really busy.

Um, I was a full-time student.

I'm a single parent, which is obviously also a full-time job.

And then I was taking my son to the park every day after school for about two hours.

What were the first feelings toward it? especially you know with social media out there how apt were people or how bold were people to come in and actually have a conversation or did they say like what is this like can you tell me before i actually say anything what were those first times doing it like for you
