Yeah, that's also something that's- It's tricky, but then again, you have the basis already.

You have the training structure, you have the training manual that they follow.

The program is gonna be the same.

The thing that becomes important are, again, the people that you have around you.

The larger the academy gets, the more students you're gonna get in.

You still need to find the right students.

So I guess, what do airlines want? Are they expecting more from graduates today than they used to? Could you talk a little bit about your experience with that?
