Where did you come up with these ideas? How did these ones in particular get into your head?

So it kind of started with the 63 marathons in 63 days.

That was the sort of the really big one.

But I'd done a couple of smaller ones before that.

So I had it in my head.

I'd been reading books.

So it kind of started a little bit by not being quite satisfied with my life, being in a bit of a not great relationship.
