Hello, everyone, and welcome to Tad Talks with Ada.
0:50
My name is Nikki Kinzer, and I am the founder of TakeControlADHD.com, co-host of Taking Control of the ADHD podcast, and co-author of Unapologetically ADHD, a step-by-step framework for everyday planning on your terms.

And I am thrilled to be part of the Ada's Tad Talks this year.
1:09
Today, I want to share with you my thoughts on what to do when everything on your to-do list feels urgent and how to choose what actually matters most.
1:18

10:11
Well, a lot of people will wonder, is this ADHD or is this just me? And we don't really know the answer, right? Because it sounds like it could be ADHD, but that's just part of your personality too.
10:24

10:33
That's a pretty common characteristic of ADHD.
10:38
Time goes by really fast if I'm really into something.
10:41
Okay, that makes sense.
10:43
So what I try to do, no matter if they were just newly diagnosed or if they've been diagnosed for a long time, I want them to see where it's impacting them.
