And

then I said, HR, what's that? And what do people do? I wasn't exposed to that.

Right.

I didn't come from a family with, um, you know, HR professionals or professionals in general, right.

Um, a single mom who worked really hard and, um, And so I interviewed for that role.

And that was my first HR role.

I was a business partner, very entry level at the main hospital on 68th Street, helping physicians and clinicians and staff understand their benefits and any questions they would have.

And have you made shifts in the function or have you had them go out and teach the rest of the team? Like, is it getting embraced to where, you know, where your really brilliant minds that, you know, that are using it on your team are then being able to go back and have that proliferate the organization?
