Um, but especially in the enterprise software space, you know, we're seeing sort of the so-called, you know, SaaSpocalypse, you know, having reset, um, and, and, and, and compressed public comps w- you know, which is, which is anchoring, I think, private ex- uh, private expectations lower.

Um, and, and that's obviously resulting in, you know, deals getting done, but, but I also think more importantly, the window for acquiring quality assets at, I think, reasonable multiples is probably, um... it's probably open, you know, at least for, you know, the time being.
