and what do you do to cope with that nigel

you sort of put up with it um you know you you work your way through it you process it um You know you're in there for the hard yards, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

The way it works is we run a system in the beginning where it's generally we deploy loss adjusters.

They triage the loss.

So you're the first taker in.

Adjusters will triage it, go out, do the site visits.

The second wave will come in, do more detailed reports, get those off.

So what is Sedgwick doing?

And so the job of a dairy farmer-

Was deliver feed, scoop the poop out in the morning, and milk the cow twice a day.

So relatively simple cow management, where you could see if a cow wasn't eating enough or it wasn't drinking enough.

You could pick up a, a sick cow.

Nigel says in that transition to bigger dairy farms, some of these farmers just couldn't make it.

And life became very difficult for them.

And somebody comes along and says, "Well, this problem's because you built the wrong barn and you're not a very good manager.

You're not feeding the cows properly." It's not necessarily what a farmer wants to hear, that, that I'm not very good at managing my cows.
