All of my plants are in one room, and I really had to think about where my furniture was going, exactly where my plants were going, 'cause I was working with one window.

So I like to think of, like, again, furniture, what flat surface can we put plants on, and where is the sitting arrangement, where are people moving through? And also, if you have pets, think about them too.

Um, but definitely it's knowing what you're working with firsthand, because you want the plant to survive.
