Was there any formal process that you guys took her through to rise her into the leadership role or prepare her for that?

I think it was more of a smooth transition.

We were implementing flow in the sales team.

The other person that was in that role was helping Simone, but ultimately she started going to the flow meetings, understanding what it was about, listening to the trainings on that.

And that's really what grasped it for her to say, this makes sense.

So now we just needed to make a transition between in-house and remote workers and and make that a smoother transition.

curious, how important has it been for you to have a community to be able to work off of and learn from as you're going through this growth phase

invaluable basically it's great when i can talk to somebody that understands where i am you know we're in that that stage where everything looks really good and then it doesn't and so it's really nice to be able to bounce ideas off of people to have a family law community as well because they're going to understand the hourly issues and all the other things that come with family law problems so it's invaluable
