Nicole, can you tell us how you got into this biz? Just start out.

So I got into the dry cleaning business kind of on accident.

I worked for a bottled water company, got a call from a dry cleaner.

It's important to know that where I live is incredibly hot in the summertime, like 120 plus every single day.

So dry cleaners are a miserable place to work sometimes in that environment, and it's very hot and important that the people stay hydrated.

So this gentleman was very angry that his pressers did not have water.

He wasn't a customer of ours, but I threw some water in my car, went and met him, kind of met the pressers and understood a little bit about the dry cleaning business, which was a complete mystery to me ahead of time.

So where do you think on the pickup and delivery side, like where do you think that side is heading and what role could a point of sale play in that pickup and delivery world?
