but also to get that connectivity you improvise you go on tangents it's backed up by material but it's a lot of audience engagement i mean how important is the improvisation to you personally
23:02
How important is improvisation? Well, that's not a very good question, Mark.
23:09
And I've thought about it a lot.
23:11
So again, I get conflict all the time, inner conflict, just on that point.
23:19
So as I say, when I first started doing comedy, I didn't really do much material.
23:29
And I was kind of known... for just going on and, um, well, I don't know, improvising or whatever, crowd work, whatever you want to call it.
23:38
Not exactly crowd work.

Nicole, I'm curious, what does this spark for you in terms of where do you see your personal experience showing up in the way that you do your work or the way that you are a leader in Pennsylvania?
13:23
I had to give this question some thought because this is a really good question.
13:26
So thank you for asking it.
13:29
But I really think it shows up for me in that lens.
13:32
I always try to incorporate the parental lens because I think about my own family and parents.
13:38
So I always go, well, Especially when we have policy conversations, like, well, it may work for us, but is it really going to work in reality for families? Something that I have always encouraged my managed care organizations and our different partners to think about is timing as a big part of access to care.
13:58
Like, I remember my mom having to schedule four doctor's appointments and have to take off for work and get us all out of school.

I think there's a lot of folks who come in to professional settings and they, I mean, they want to look competent right they want to look like they know their stuff you're so good at weaving in your personal narrative to that work and i wonder what you've learned in terms of how to bring that in and and what somebody else could learn from your experience of trying to figure out where to piece those parts of yourself together as you present in your role today
157:40
I'm sorry about that, but go
157:41
ahead.
157:42
Let's talk about the gas tax.
157:46
The gas tax continues to go up.
157:49
The legislature actually had an opportunity to go and say, hey, we're not going to just raise it every single year.
157:56
And people are feeling it at the pump.
157:58
And I know that there's a variety of factors that people will go, oh, well, it's not Governor Moore's fault.
160:05
yes, of course.

think your dog needs a drink.
14:40
And your dog is in distress.
14:44
And he said, they were like, it's fine, it's fine, it's fine.
14:47
And I said, well, no, it's not fine putting a dog in a bag.
14:50
You shouldn't put a dog in a bag.
14:52
And the dog is not fine.
17:24
