Physically, though, what, what do you feel like when you're in the middle of that? And how, how different is that feeling to the previous one that you'd had at altitude? 'Cause I'm guessing they're not the same when you're involved.
20:24
Um, yeah.
20:25
I think the, the Mexico game, um, I don't think the lads really felt it too much, the altitude.
20:32
Um, I think that wa- it was okay.
20:34
Um, whereas the game just gone then in Miami, yeah, it was just so hot.
20:38
So yeah, was looking forward to the hydration breaks to get a bit of fluids down, uh, cool down.
20:44
And yeah, when it was turning into a bit of a basketball game, that's when we was suffering the most, and that's when we had to kind of control the game more, um, keep the ball in their half, and, um, yeah, it was a tough game.

I mean, were any of the players offended by his comments? Or y- you know, what was, what was that like as a group? Is that sort of water off a, a duck's back and, you know? Because you, because you, you feel that the team can play better and haven't hit your level, uh, yet.
8:49
What is it like having him behind you?
8:52
Yeah, it's amazing.
8:53
Obviously, he's so good at making saves.
8:59
so good at getting the ball in behind.
9:01
And yeah, it was important that he was in the net for us.
9:07
He made some great saves throughout the whole match, claiming balls from crosses, saving the headers.
9:14
And yeah, he's so passionate and it's amazing to have him in the net.
11:26
What did Thomas say to you all after the match?

2:14
What's it like playing with him, and what does he bring out in terms of your best at England?
2:18
Yeah, he's a great player.
2:19
Um, obviously as everyone's seen throughout his, his career.
2:22
Um, and yeah, obviously he's helped me come through at City.
2:24
He was there to, for me to kinda lean on and, um, yeah, obviously I played with him at City as well, so we've, we've got the connection there and, um, yeah, he brings the, the best out of me.
2:33
He knows what I'm good at, I know what he's good at, so yeah, I think we're good to go.

Is it, has it felt, has it felt like a pre-season, the World Cup days?
4:06
Um, a little bit, yeah.
6:24
What are those moments like, and do you look at those moments as confidence for you to come into this tournament and make an impact?
6:32
Yeah, definitely.
6:35
Their moments are very special.
6:36
To be able to celebrate their moments with my team and just enjoy the moment when it's happening in real time.
6:45
To score two goals at Wembley in the final, it was a crazy feeling.

15:32
What's the whole feeling of when you're playing these games? Are you looking forward to it? What's the whole kind of vibe in that sense?
15:39
I think you've just got to take it as serious as you can.
15:41
Obviously, try and take in what you would take into the actual games when it comes around.
11:35
What's he been like though with, with you?
11:39
Yeah, the same.
11:39
He treats me the same as, as everyone else and, um, yeah, he's good.
11:44
If he, if I need help, he'll be there to help and, um, if I need to do something better on the pitch, he'll, he'll tell me that.
11:52
But yeah, he's always trying to help even after a game if we've gone-- So if we win a game and walk around the pitch, he'll come over to you and tell you, um, "You need to do this, this and this," and, and yeah, it's good.
12:02
It helps you.
12:03
It helps you as a person, as a, as a player.
12:08
Yeah. When you know he wants you to come over and, and join the senior setup, what was that feeling like? What was that conversation like?
