How are practices coping with that in Wales then, Nikki, in terms of if you haven't got the stock that you need, what do you do?

I'm quite lucky where I am 'cause we've got six practices quite local to us, so we just, you know, ring up the other practice and ring pharmacy and say, "Can we do some movement?" But for the rural practices, I'm guessing they're gonna have to cancel clinics.

I mean, they've released the form this year for us to complete for orders, and they've made it clear if we order by this date, you'll get a delivery on this date.

So I'm really hopeful that that's gonna improve things with the deliveries.

But I think the frustration at the moment for us practice managers is everything's a bit wishy-washy with the guidance.

So obviously the consent thing from UKSHA has sent us all in a bit of a tizz, and we're all interpreting it differently.

So I thought, "Well, how can I know and reassure my staff that I'm doing the right thing? I know.
