Where would you say do you think you are on that scale?

I am an advocate, um, I am and also a pragmatist.

So I am in thinking it's, um, in, in thinking where I sort of sit on that continuum, there will be days where I'm somewhat skeptical, um, at perhaps the hype- Um, and what we're seeing in reality versus, versus the, versus the, um, uh, versus talk, um, and how actually AI is being adopted usefully and effectively in organizations.

Um, the pragmatism comes in, uh, to the fact that, you know, I think that, that, the, the proof cases is so much research, and we're learning every single day around how we can optimize AI, uh, but also manage any of the risks.

Um, and that then goes into thinking about how we, we obviously run businesses and use digital disruption for our advantage, um, but also with our eyes wide open as to, um, as, as to, as I say, the risks and some of the eth- ethical components around it, particularly when we're talking about, uh, humans, um, at, at the heart of, um, of business and society too.

Um, it was, um, a, a great set of reflections just before Christmas.

I, I was, um, participating in the, um, the Global Banking Summit in London.

Um, is that a misconception? Is that a, a reality? What are you seeing? How is AI impacting?
