So talk to us a little bit about the return side of your projects, how that works, and what that looks like.

I think that's such an important point.

I've seen it over my fifteen years in the career where the deduction is what drives people to look at this, but you don't make investment decisions just on tax planning, right? The underlying asset needs to make sense.

The return profile needs to make sense and everything.

And so in terms of what we've seen, right, now there's a couple variables when we get to kind of the risks of this investment.

We'll talk about like pricing risk, drilling risk, things like that.

Energy and you guys are used to offset these risks? What does that look like, and what do people need to know about from that risk standpoint?
