But like, I think as an almost negative consequence, we have made a bunch of mothers feel like they almost can't share it in a weird way.

I think it should be more okay for young parents to maybe not keep it so private, or at least not feel like-

I've always been a big believer as I've gotten older that you can control your thoughts, and I think that's something at an early age that we think is not possible.

We feel something.

Those feelings feel real because they are.

You're-- They're your feelings, and then they feel valid.

You can change what you f- center your attention and energy on, and having a child is like a cheat code to that moment, like, that, as Natalie is describing.

And sometimes you have to fake it till you make it to get out of your head.
