You know, what are some things that you do that just kinda keep you at the top of your game?

Chad, I hate the word balanced.

You know, I just think you take care of the work that's in front of you.

Uh, and one day that might be, uh, dropping the ball somewhere else.

You know, just don't, uh, just don't drop the same, the same ball.

So, you know, a lot of that I really believe in circumstantial, uh, leadership, uh, whether it be inside of, uh, Keene-Tummel Trucking, whether it be inside a family, of just really being a, uh, a consumer and aware o- of what, uh, what's being told to you.

You know, what are the problems that day? Uh, what are, uh, what's the priority that day? Um, I think we live in a world where, uh, processes and structures can guide us away from, uh, being in tune to just the circumstances of the day.

Is it a continuation of the model today? Is there opportunity for teams to growth? Like, give us some insights there.
