If I'm a solutions architect or a CXO at a large enterprise today, what does that look like in reality? What does working with UniFi actually look like in practice?
15:44
So let me set the scene for this by explaining that the user research we did prior to creating UniFi gave us a very clear insight that one of the key challenges around enterprise transformation was cross-functional collaboration.
16:07
And in many cases, we were seeing this tooling gap between where transformation starts in workshops with sticky notes on whiteboards or virtual whiteboards, where business stakeholders and more technical stakeholders come together, they're brainstorming, they're ideating about what their organization should look like in the future, And that was happening outside of enterprise architecture tools, which are typically more structured, having maybe formal modeling notations, kind of more have grown up in an expert world.
16:50
And senior business stakeholders just don't use those tools.
16:54
They view them as maybe too complex with a learning curve.
16:59
which meant that architects were invariably playing catch up after the workshops to get the information from those whiteboards, virtual whiteboards, put it into a more structured format where it can be queried and analyzed to plan and execute transformations.
17:19
And we saw that what's really needed is the right contextual information about the enterprise is needed in those workshops at the moment of decision.

22:59
How do you think about that technology stack, the model selection orchestration? Yeah, can you walk us through a little bit in that?
16:28
I mean, are they safe for pedestrians? And aren't there various, I suppose you'd call them ethics issues, around if there was a situation where a child ran into the road and it had to swerve onto the pavement to avoid them, what it would do? Where are we with all that now?
16:44
Yeah.
16:44
I'd say it's a work in progress, right? So as I said, Waymo have hundreds of millions of miles of data now, and they can start to do the kind of apples to apples comparisons of how do their vehicles perform compared to human drivers doing the same types of drive in the same cities, and they're showing massive improvements.
17:04
Their data suggests they have ninety-two percent fewer serious crashes compared to human drivers, which is amazing.
17:11
That's, since the seat belt, [laughs] it's, it's one of the, the most amazing improvements.
17:18
One of the challenges is the incidents they do have might look very different to the sorts of incident that a human might have had.
17:27
They might happen for very strange reasons, and so the media can pick up on those.

23:40
What are the other benefits and are there any major downsides?
2:28
That's the one that's south of Burlington Arcade, is that right?
2:31
That's right, yeah.
2:32
It runs between, exactly right, pretty much opposite Burlington, running between Piccadilly and German Street.
2:38
I mean, it's just rent.
2:39
So my sense is that in order to run, at this stage in the brand's development, a menswear brand, uh, in, uh, a good location.
2:49
So a good location for us is somewhere that, uh, is around, uh, or next to brands that are in our area, but ideally bigger.
3:00
So they are the sort of the sprat that catches the mackerel really.
7:30
to five gig people just remember um but listen uh nick you mentioned uh just about your your marquee demographic there the dads and you have a new campaign the hot dad style that i saw on the website would you mind talking about that and the influences and how that came together
