What were you looking for in a career and what was attracting you?

Yeah.

I mean, I think initially like my vision was, okay, I need to find a job in an ICU because that's what's going to get me in anesthesia school.

And, uh, when I started case managing home health and hospice patients and learning that and getting to spend time, uh, With patients in the home and coming to recognize, like, the difference that we can make in home health and hospice was crazy fulfilling and meaningful to me.

And I fell in love with it, you know.

So I found something that I wasn't looking for.

I mean, to be honest with you, that's exactly what happened.

Having to live vicariously through your team.
