What do you think it's going to take for JV Capital to be all in in providing capital to real estate operators?

That's a great question.

I had the privilege of being at JP Morgan at like the end of 07 and early 08 and kind of riding that through.

So we were still writing up assets at the end of 07.

Things were really buzzing around the office.

And then all of a sudden, the great financial crisis hit.

And you had these queues forming, right? People were looking for redemptions.

And they ask me, you know, for my advice, when should we talk to a lender? You know, how much disclosure? Have you had to have any of these types of conversations?
