What do you think was the biggest like kind of a cliff that you had to step over to really decide that you were going to become a co-founder and an entrepreneur?

Yeah, that's a great question.

So the decision to become an entrepreneur, I didn't really prepare for it.

There's something that kind of happened.

It evolved very quickly.

The previous company I worked for was a very large entity, and they were going after large work.

And actually, they're very successful at that.

So I wonder if there are certain traits that you find that especially in looking at like a really technical contributor that is trying to transition into a leadership role, are there certain things that you look for and what makes that more successful than not?
