So as you scaled, how have you actually maintained standards without diluting your values?

Nick LeopardGUEST
Well, our values aren't the BS values that a lot of firms just put up on a wall.

Nick LeopardGUEST
Ours are very much marked by, we have our core value awards, like big ceremonies that we do, but the things are really unique to Accordion.

Nick LeopardGUEST
But some of the things as we think about, like our office leaders, they represent everything and they're judged on how well are they extending the culture across all of our different offices at scale.

Nick LeopardGUEST
We also look at things in sort of a matrix of artifacts, legends, and rituals that are all part of our culture.

Nick LeopardGUEST

Nick LeopardGUEST
We had hired the designers of the Whitby Hotel and the Crosby Street Hotel in New York.
