What mistakes did you personally make?
3:58
Yeah, so when I was 40, it was around, I don't know, 2020 to 2021, and sort of like, A lot of my career in running has been a social runner.
4:09
So I had running groups, I ran a lot of my long runs with friends and somewhere around 2021, 2022, either because I became a running coach and started losing sight of my own goals because I was so invested in my athletes.
4:23
or because I just lost my running group.
4:26
A lot of people moved away.
4:27
A lot of people weren't running together in the beginning of the pandemic.
4:30
And I stopped doing as many runs, at least long runs, by myself.

What do you look out for for somebody like me?
6:22
Yeah.
6:22
We were playing basketball or something.
6:23
Like, it didn't...
6:24
Like, that's all I did.
6:25
And then I tried to do soccer, and I joked about this the other day, but all I did was run up and down the field.
6:32
I had really poor ball control.
6:33
I didn't like to head the ball.

36 MINS LATER

Mm-hmm.
