I would love to hear about, you know, how if you could maybe summarize for us how you started the business, how you identified the need and how you landed on men specifically and how that also sort of parlays into this subset of men who are dads.

Yeah, absolutely.

So I've been in the industry for about 15 years.

I started out as a personal trainer many, many years ago.

And I didn't go to university, didn't go to college.

I was essentially like a meathead when I started as a personal trainer.

I was super into the gym.

Like, what would you kind of recommend? Um, you know, uh, if, as far as the offerings that you, you provide for someone like that.
