Do I have that right?
27:28
Yeah, I think so.
27:29
I think just for most people that, you know, that just want to have basic health and fitness improvement, that's going to be, I think a good rule.
27:35
If you start getting into like specific, you know, like running coaching or training guys out there you'll start to see a mix of like interval training or some tempo training in which you're going you know you're let's say you're training for a 5k you're going to spend some time running faster than your race pace you know so if you know let's say you're going to run a 5k at a nine minute mile you may have some speed workouts that are running at 830 face, maybe 845, something like that.
28:06
And just that general mix is going to be beneficial.
28:10
You know, also just to kind of pivot some research examples is there's a method out there called the norwegian method and this is timely given we just ended the winter olympics and those norwegians won all the gold medals in skiing so we can blame their success or blame the the creation of the training protocol on their success in which let's say it's a high intensity four by four training protocol in which you right you pick your moment modality whether it's you know skiing in there you know they're in that case you know they're going to be outside just skiing actually, but you know, sometimes there's like skier ergometers and you know, that you might find in the gym or you could row or get on a bike or you could possibly run.
28:55
So the exercise topography, if you will, could change.
