That's right.

I do a lot of gold prospecting as well.

And that in this area is it's pretty common.

People love to go down to the river and shake a pan when they realize that there's gold here.

Now, there's, you know, tales from, you know, the turn of the century of gold mines and every farmer tried to find gold on their property so that they had something to do to make income during the winter.

And some of the times they were fibbing and would get investors to come up.

Are there any other laws along those lines that people should be aware of before they just go tramps around people's land?
