So I bought a four unit in North Alameda Beach for the reasons I described with location, affordability, what stood out to me in regards to that specific area.

um building was that it was a huge building 4 800 square feet priced at 290 dollars per square feet so i really like to get a low price per square foot personally and then also the style home was like a statewide style home so it has like a primary in the front owner's unit and then attached three units in the back and those units are like town home style units so it's like two bed one and a half bath top and bottom floor Um, each has their own patio.

So, uh, me personally, I also, I also like to think out of it from like a renter standpoint of like, that's pretty desirable.

Like you're kind of getting your own town home with a patio.

And on top of that has separate individual five car garages with a common laundry area.
