Can Construction Robots Put Homeownership Within Reach? | Nick Callegari

So what we're developing right now at Verus Struct is a suite of robotic devices that are able to really plug into the different subcontractor roles to eventually bring it into a vertically integrated system that's able to actually drive down housing costs.

And so to do that, because you have this fragmented system of, like, 22 different subcontractors, one GC overseeing everything, each one extracting margin.

You've got all these people that are working and trying to coordinate between handoffs, inspections, et cetera.

If you really wanna drive down that housing cost on the supply side, you've gotta be able to bring that all in to an efficient system that can do it all a lot more quickly and with ubiquitous materials that people trust, and that's the robots that we're developing.
