... kind of, yeah, grown it, but also kind of changed the kind of offering of what we do.

So, um, obviously when we took it over, it was quite, um, very, like, delivery-based, a lot, a lot of the work we were doing.

So like creative design, you know, the production, the rollout of, um, of that type of m- marketing work, um, whereas actually we've kind of transitioned to more, like, strategic-led, so a lot more kind of senior people in the business now that-

But as a couple, then what is personal success for Halo, for you, for the family? What does it really mean?

I think we've talked, we do have talk about this, and we, like, we want to be able to...

And part of the reason we kind of wanted to do the business ourself was to give that time back and that flexibility to spend time with the children.

So taking time off in the summer, like ideally we'd like be able to take like the six- the summer off with the kids and then go traveling or spend time with them, you know? And- Um, that's kind of s- that would be successful, as well as financially stable and-
