And then all of a sudden it was like, oh wait, this is something that we need to generate more interest in purchasing the bonds.

Yeah.

And again, it like comes back a couple of just things to mention.

Like we have some of the best team working on this, the best folks in public finance, the best lawyers working on this project.

And and.

This has never been attempted before, using revenue bonds to purchase an asset like a ski mountain, because revenue bonds are usually used to go and do improvements to golf courses and things like this.

So this is very innovative.

When it comes to that, what comes next for, I guess, the town of Nederland as ski season is really quickly approaching?
