What drove that shift?

Well, funnily enough, I actually worked at what was Tourism Victoria, now Visit Victoria, whilst I was still at uni.

It was funny, I was listening to your podcast episode with Soph Brockman the other day and she was like, actually, you know, I realised that a you know, comms degree or I don't know what her degree specifically was called in the US, but it was like actually super easy.

And I was like, dude, same.

I realized about halfway through, I did like a double degree of commerce and comms.

So it was four years, but I realized about halfway through, I was like, I can do this.

Not in my sleep, because that's offensive to people that are writing the material, but I found it quite easy.

I don't think too many people are walking into their first MD gig, but for anyone walking into a new agency role, what would you recommend they do? A
