So I have my black belt in karate, so.

That's impressive.

I love that.

I love it.

And there's discipline with that, too, that can translate to business in the world.

So that's fascinating.

Well, you know, for me, sports were kind of my way out, you know, going through that troubled childhood that, you know, when you step on the sports field, you step on the basketball court, when you get to the weight room, it was interesting that everything else just faded away, whether it be this problem, that problem.

Now, I do want to talk about the one area that sometimes people can't control when it comes to these planning stages, and that is health, right? Like, so how do people navigate that elephant in the room, so to speak? They've done their work, they planned everything, and then there's a diagnosis of X, Y, and Z.
