And on that note, to present day, what led to the switch to St Pancras London? What was the build-up to that and why was it the right time for you, would you say?

Yeah, I think...

I took all my learnings, especially from the Browns days and Langham days.

I had a very great, great friend and mentor and boss of Stuart Johnson, who passed away, unfortunately.

He was the general manager of Browns.

And he taught me so much about certain times, be in the lobby, welcome the guests.

It's in keeping.

yeah i suppose the same with the approach to your team like you say really involving everyone and i'm sure that really pays pays dividends and i i suppose moving on i know you're a master and holder and i've been involved with the saint julian scholars uh so i was wondering if you could tell us a bit about that and um why supporting talent development is is so important to you in this industry
