So when you say walk-on waterfront, what does that mean?

Yeah, so there's like three different types of waterfront s- sort of.

I mean, there's one that you can just walk, like it's level, like basically the...

It, it's called low bank waterfront.

And then there's mid bank, which maybe there's some stairs or something down.

And then our particular property, 'cause it was cost-effective for us, is high bank.
