So explain it to us.
36:26
The hormones are definitely there, like, it's a change.
36:29
Um, and we can't, you know, there's nothing we can do.
36:31
It's a great...
36:31
It's actually, you know, if we reframe it and we realize what we're coming into a very powerful stage of our life.
36:37
Like, it really is the peak.
36:39
It's the real peak.
38:24
[laughs]
7:16
So there's two
7:17
components with that.
7:18
Like there are the tools and techniques that you can use along the way to finish stress cycles, excuse me, which are the tools that I used when I went through a decade from hell, like very, you know, really challenging period of time.
7:33
And then there's a longer term strategy where we actually rewire and restructure the nervous system.
7:40
where we actually teach it to operate the way it's supposed to.
7:45
So the first of the tactics and strategies, tools that you use along the way, basically the body requires a form of action when we get stress chemistry coming in so that we can bring what I call the good guys versus the bad guys.
7:58
They're not, but if you get, you know, just in terms of an analogy.

But, yes, your decade that you explained did sound like a very big few years to get through, so I'm happy to see you're on the other side and also being like a really, I guess, ambitious woman and, I guess – It sort of brought to mind, like, can women still be incredibly ambitious without constantly operating from adrenaline? And I would love to hear how you've been able to do this and how you've used the Vedic meditation to support this.
16:33
What happened?
16:33
Gosh, it's really hard to, like I don't sort of dwell too much on it anymore because it was like a life-changing moment, like one of the greatest lessons that I'm grateful for.
16:42
But What happened was like there were multiple closing door moments that led to that that I didn't see at the time but you can see them, you know, in hindsight.
16:54
It's a wonderful thing.
16:56
But basically there was a deep betrayal happened.
17:04
Yeah.
17:08
I, it was, it was, I was annihilated within, in one conversation.

So how can we actually grow our capacity?
