Could you give me a couple examples? I mean, if I'm maybe an inpatient pharmacist, what are some kinds of stewardship things I may be working on, and how might that look different if I'm in an outpatient clinic and I'm working in another area or, you know, if I'm hematology versus cardiology? Are there a few examples you could give us just to make this really tangible?

I love that question, Jeff, because I think this hits home with one of the things that we always talk about on the international committee, the need to have metrics and well-defined outcome measures for stewardship, because I think from a content area, we all talk about the same interventions, if I might say.

We all recognize the need to intervene on perioperative antithrombotic management, DVT prophylaxis, VTE treatment, de-escalation when it comes to combination of oral anticoagulation plus antiplatelet therapy.

These are some of them and, of course, not all of them.

Optimizing DOAC prescribing.
10:25
And from the outpatient setting, I would say time within therapeutic range for VKAs.

And so there are very well-defined measures.

Maybe they're a little bit smaller and they're trying to figure out like, "Right, what can we do to have impact, but we may not have all those resources?" Nawal, if you're in a smaller system and you wanna do something and get started, what advice would you have to somebody to say, "I wanna move along that path, but I don't have a ton of resources behind me"?
