No, it wasn't.

A couple of things.

First of all, to refer to Christy Galligan's first point, I would imagine that every officer in every prison would test positive for cannabis if, and they are being tested for cannabis, such as the widespread use of cannabis by prisoners.

Secondly, it's not just the guards that this was delayed in.

It has been rolled out only within the last year within the prison service.

And how often does that happen? Is there some random testing every day or is it maybe once a week?
