It's really about the people, right?

It's about the people, but also a big part of it, and I guess this is kind of the background that's not there, the immigration law is an area that is constantly changing.

It's the way it's structured, even just with the legislation, is that it has, first you have the act, then you have the regulations, but you also have legislative instruments and directions that the minister, immigration minister, who's appointed at the time can actually put in, which then legalizes action.

So it can literally be changed overnight.

And people that have been in the system have experienced this.

So it's a little bit different to other areas of law where it has to go through bills and changes and you've got some warning around it.

So I guess the reason why I really enjoy it is it keeps you on your toes, that's for sure.
