What is the process like for making rugby's national team? So yeah, after Chapel Hill.

Yeah, so they usually have scouters and, um, also avenues where coaches can recommend players.

And, um, then from there, if they're interested, they'll pull you in for a rugby camp.

Um, if you perform at the rugby camp, they can pull you into the residency.

And then from there, once you're in the residency, you're constantly competing for a traveling spot because all of our games are out of the country.

And so for every tournament, we'll have, like, a scrimmage week the week before, and you're basically, how are you performing this week speed-wise, gym-wise? We have scrimmages where it's full contact games, and then they make selections where out of 25 girls in the residency, 12 to 13 are going on tour for that specific tour.
