So if we take my work specifically, uh, for a lot of women, it's, um, abusive relationships that we've only now come to realize are not healthy, they're toxic, and we've kind of not really looked at it too hard because our children were young.

But there's so much more out there about toxicity, unhealthy relationship, let's say it, the word narcissism spread around everywhere.
